Before we start cooking, we will conduct a food preference assessment at your home to discuss what kind of food you like to eat. Your weekly menus will then be customized with your specific likes and needs in mind. Each week your chef will contact you with suggestions for following week. All menu selection must be made by Thursday prior to next week’s scheduled cooking session.

On your designated cooking day, your chef will shop and prepare the food in your kitchen, using only the freshest available  ingredients. Your meal will be made fresh or packaged along with simple heating instructions and your kitchen will be left spotless. You” ll only know we were there by incredible smell of home cooked meal!
